Shipping Policy

A legal disclaimer

All orders are processed within one to two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

  • Shipping is only available for India. Currently we do not have a provision for export, unless it is a bulk order which is subject to prevailing shipping rates and from our ware to the destination. Please contact us at mokshabusiness@gmail.com

  • Orders are dispatched within 6-8 days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to the norms of the courier company or post office.

  • Free delivery to any destination in India subject to the pincode is registered and acceptable to the courier service.

  • The fee policy for delivery may change from time to time. The rate will be displayed at the time of check-out.

  • Deliveries are made by third party courier services. Who will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of their arrival.

  • Moksha Enterprise is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities and guarantees only to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 6-8 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping at this moment.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you do not receive your order within seven days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mokshabusiness@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at mokshabusiness@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
