Returns, Replacements, Cancellation and Refunds

​CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 1-2 days of ordering. Requests may not be accepted if shipping has started.​​​

​INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED

If you have received a product that does not match your order, please follow these steps:

  • Capture a clear photograph of the parcel, ensuring that the label displaying the order details is visible alongside the product you received.

  • Send an email with the photograph attached to care@thehoneycompany.in and include a brief explanation of the issue.

  • To return the product, please adhere to the following guidelines: ensure that the product remains unused, the seal is intact, and it is in its original packaging. All protective elements should be included when shipping the product back. The return address, Plot No. – 101B, Sector 5, IIE, Sidcul, Haridwar – 249403.

  • In case of a return, we will send you a replacement within a week of receiving your return.

  • If a refund is required, the amount will be credited into the same account you have paid us from within 7 days of receiving the complaint and refund request.

  • Please ensure we receive your complaint within 1-2 days of receiving the product. If 1-2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.​​​​

DAMAGED PRODUCT

In the unlikely event that of receive a damaged product, here’s what you should do-

  • Please take a picture of the parcel with the label that mentions order details, together with the damaged product received and email it to mokshaabusiness@gmail.com

  • We will send you a replacement within a week of receiving your complaint.

  • If a refund is required, the amount will be credited into the same account you have paid us from within 7 days of receiving the complaint and refund request.

  • Please ensure we receive your complaint within 1-2 days of receiving the product. If 1-2 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

  • Upon receiving your email with the image, we will notify you regarding the status of your position, whether it entails a replacement or a refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund and credit it to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

REPLACEMENTS (Late or Not done)

SALE/OFFERS/DISCOUNTS

  • Products bought on SALE and part of OFFERS cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGE

We only replace items if the one that was sent as per order was a

  1. Wrong product

  2. Damaged product.​​​

SHIPPING

  • To return your product, you should courier it to Moksha Enterprise, Plot No. – 101B, Sector 5, IIE, Sidcul, Haridwar – 249403.

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item.

  • These shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • In case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

  • The time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

  • For items of value over Rs 100, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
